GIDIFA was chartered in 1994 and revised in 2014 as a specialized world agency to support a stable global economy for all Nations.
America has led the way in fighting world corruption for over 140 years. Finally in the final stages of this battle we are part of the history. They will be talking about these days for another 1000 years. Today there are over 200 countries working together to free all people worldwide from the 1000 years of corruption against all humans.
Originally established in 1994, the Global Infrastructure, Development and International Finance Agency was established as a Sovereign Entity and Specialized Agency to create and implement a more equitable method for the distribution and supply of wealth among all of the peoples of the world in accordance and compliance with the instruments set forth as International Treaties.
These include the Bretton Woods Conference, the Treaty of Versailles, the original Charter of the United Nations, the original Charter of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (Now known more commonly as the World Bank) and the original Charter of the International Monetary Fund. This revision is dated December 8th of the year 2014 and supersedes any and all previous revisions.
World Standing Together (WST) joined forces in 2021 with GIDIFA and asked the Secretary General to accept the role as Chairman. At the same time WST Chairman accepted a key position with GIDIFA. Since that time, both organizations have moved forward as one. GIDIFA purposes remains the same and WST role to delivery the world theme and implementation of grass roots programs in each nation in accordance with the GIDIFA articles.
Lets review each pertinent article and WST program to support it;
(I) establish and implement a global approach to the Division, Creation and Distribution of wealth in an equitable manner so as to prevent the consolidation of power and/or wealth in any individual, nation, corporation or single, corporeal entity.
(II) insure that the implementation of such Economic Reform will purchase out the existing debt created, fueled and sustained by the Centralized Banking System, the Fractional Economic System and the Debt-Based Economic Structure and will be utilized in such a manner as to prevent the spread and division of wealth in accordance with personal, individual, national and/or any other form of corporeal entity.
(III) provide an equitable manner for the individual distribution of wealth in the form of loans, assurances, guarantees and other financial instruments as may be made available for the purposes of education, housing, environmental concerns, medical and health and in other manners as may be available to end poverty, hunger and homelessness and to insure peaceful accords between different nations, states and kingdoms.
(IV) to provide grants to individuals and/or organizations for the purposes of establishing infrastructure and/or in order to combat the negative impacts of poverty on a local, national or global scale including education, medical and health, environmental concerns, housing, hunger and homelessness and other such concerns as may exist to alleviate poverty on a global scale.
(V) to establish individuals, agencies, companies, corporations and/or other corporeal entities strategically around the globe with the means to and for the purposes of combating the adverse impact of poverty including homelessness, hunger, environmental concerns, medical and health and education and any and all other such concerns as must be readily addressed to raise the standards of living and opportunity for the impoverished around the globe.
(VI) to establish a central global facility/community whose primary goal and function is the coordination of global, national and local facility/communities on a Global Scale for the express purposes of eradicating the negative impacts of poverty on people around the globe in such a manner so as not to hinder but to extend personal freedoms to include the benefits of financial and social freedom free from poverty, hunger, environmental concerns, homelessness and incapable of obtaining a viable education and/or adequate access to medical and other healthcare facilities and any and all other concerns as may need to be addressed in order to raise the standard of living and opportunities for the impoverished classes.
(VII) to establish a centralized Global Debt and Storage Facility and a separate and independent Bullion Bank for the purposes of a the storage of physical and electronic assets and/or other financial instruments as may be required by law and in accordance with International Treaties and/or for the purposes of providing a more equitable global economic infrastructure and to serve as a Global Debt Facility to insure the stability and a more equitable distribution of wealth among all of the peoples of the world and for the purchase of any and all toxic assets and debt as currently exists in the world. Such purposes shall include special considerations as and for the express purposes of ending global poverty.
(VIII) to establish a global infrastructure, strategically located facilities and other such supplies, facilities, personnel and/or financial holdings as may be necessary for the purposes of a global, Natural Disaster Response effort to include such materials, goods and services as may be required to adequately prepare for Disaster Mitigation and Disaster Response.
(IX) to establish a global security force(s) both physical and electronic in nature and sufficient in size, force and training so as to safeguard and protect such facilities and other infrastructure as may be needed in the concerted effort to eradicate the negative impact of poverty on society and the peoples of the world globally, nationally and locally and to insure the safety and security of any and all such efforts as may be related to said works, facilities and other projects, programs, locations and areas which may be subject to the activities of the Agency. Furthermore, to establish such training, housing and other facilities as may be needed within the Global Community Facilities, to create such training facilities as may be necessary for the purposes of physical and/or electronic issues of security concern and to staff said facilities in accordance with the purposes as set forth in the Agency Charter, Articles of Agreements and By-Laws.
(X) to establish a global infrastructure sufficient to allow for the equitable trade of goods and/or services among and between the individual nations of the world in such a manner so as to open global markets to any and all corporeal entities and to guarantee a system of fair and equitable trade in a global marketplace.
(XI) to establish a set of global Standard of Minimal Requirements for the purposes of housing, education, health and medical care, environmental concerns and for the provision of food and other basic necessities of life as may be needed to fully eradicate poverty and elevate the median Standard of Living for peoples around the globe.
(XII) to establish an International Body for the purposes of guaranteeing the transparency and effectiveness of any and all such programs as may be implemented of, for, by and on behalf of the Global Infrastructure, Development and International Finance Agency whether as a Special Agency of the United Nations or as a single and wholly separate and unique corporeal entity.
(XIII) to establish a Continent-based, value-based currency that does not utilize the principles of Debt-Based Economic System in order to insure that currency maintains, retains and sustains a more well-regulated and standard value locally, nationally and internationally and that current fluctuations in Global Market Prices and Currency Exchange Rates are minimized to facilitate a freer and more equitable system of trade Locally, Nationally and Internationally among all of the peoples of the world.
(XIV) to establish a Committee for the purchase and relief of Toxic Assets for individuals and/or Local and National Governing Bodies to insure that any Economic transitions that must naturally occur in such a process produce a minimal impact on the different Economic Systems in place at present. Furthermore, to utilize such Assets, Holdings and other Reserves as are currently available in order to offer more viable economic alternatives to the current efforts underway by the new Consortium of Nations known as BRICS where all Internal Trade is funded within a more closed economic system allowing for greater disparity in Currency Value and Exchange and creating disparity among the peoples of the world rather than creating a more Equitable, Global Financial structure.
(XV) to secure and equitably divide such assets as may be necessary to provide for the creation of a global value-based currency and to utilize said currency for the purposes of International Trade based on Actual Value so as to insure a more stable Global Marketplace and to maximize the ability of Individuals, Nations and Locales to trade on a Global level without creating any substantial fluctuation in Economic Market Value or Currency Exchange Rates.
